Meet Life Beyond Explant movement founder Sarah Phillipe

From the earliest memory I can recall, I felt constant pressure from the people around me.

Society has these expectations that shape our behavior and shape our perception of how we should look, how we should dress, and what the size of our breasts should be. I learned as early as 10 years old that I wouldn't be a “real” woman until I had large breasts. Every year, more than 400,000 American women get breast implants. Of those women, almost 75 percent get them for purely cosmetic reasons. Little do they know that there can be severe health implications by having these foreign objects in their bodies.

Hear Sarah's "why" for explanting at minute 2:12.

Founder's Thoughts on What Makes a Woman Beautiful and Worthy:

I remember being told by my grandmother as a ten-year-old that I would be 4’ 11”, just like her. But not to worry, because I would have “The Johnson Boobs”. That’s what was valued about becoming a woman at that time.

I even witnessed my mom being teased by my family for having a small chest. As it turned out, I never developed “The Johnson Boobs”, either. I stuffed my bra in middle school to fill that void. It’s what I thought I needed in order to feel feminine and worthy.

As a young adult, I took an interest in a fitness lifestyle. When I got into bodybuilding, it led me down the path of pursuing physical perfection. And that’s when, at 30 years old, I chose to get breast implants…

Fast-forward to now (having explanted), it's been quite the journey, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I have a completely different perception of what makes a woman beautiful...

A woman's beauty is about so much more than her physical appearance. Beauty comes from within. It comes from our hearts. It is innate in who we are as feminine beings. The feminine encompasses nurturance, sensitivity, supportiveness, gentleness, warmth, creative expressiveness, modesty, humility, empathy, affection, tenderness, and being emotional, kind, helpful, devoted, and understanding. To me, the feminine nature IS beauty. We bring new life into the world. We bring warmth and beauty to everyday living and everyday things.

As a woman embraces her God-given design and SHAPE, she grows more and more beautiful on the inside, and it shows on the outside. Outward beauty fades in time, but inner beauty grows.

More About Sarah:

Hi, I'm Sarah Phillipe. Every day, I help women just like you gain freedom from symptoms of Breast Implant Illness by unlocking their innate healing potential. I am a retired nurse, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, BII and Detox Expert. I know what you're going through because I was you. I struggled with fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, cystic acne, perioral dermatitis, food intolerances, anxiety, heart palpitations, hormonal imbalances, period problems, insomnia, and gut issues, just to name a few. It was through my own health struggles with Breast Implant Illness that I discovered my greater purpose. And working virtually with clients has allowed me the opportunity to help countless women all over the world 1:1 and in a group setting in my holistic health practice.

In addition to my extensive experience and training, my own health struggles led me to seek solutions that weren’t taught in my medical training as a nurse. Years research and experience led to the creation of The Explant Reset program.

My biggest aha moment – healing is about more than the explant. I know you’ve probably seen countless posts online of women waking up from explant surgery “miraculously healed”. Maybe you’re wondering if this will be you or if you’re destined to live in misery…what I want you to know is that is not the norm. These are outlier cases of women who quite possibly have greater genetic potential for faster healing once the stressor is removed. But what about the rest of us? Are we doomed to a life of misery? The answer is no.

The good news: healing is absolutely possible for you. What you need is a guide to walk you through a step-by-step plan completely mapped out and personalized for you. Not just any self-proclaimed “expert”; a practitioner who has not only lived it and made it to the other side, but also has the education and training to back it up.

The first step is always DRAINAGE. If you haven’t explanted yet, this is the best step you can take to prepare your body for the best possible surgical outcome. If you’re someone who has explanted and still not feeling well, this is your first step to healing too. Most people want to jump straight to detox and that can hurt more than help…detox is important but in the right order. This is why Phase 1 of The Explant Reset program is step one in any healing journey, regardless of where you're at (pre- or post- explant). I invite you to learn more about The Explant Reset below.
